Our Curriculum

At Success Online Learning Academy®, our curriculum has been planned in accordance with the Western Australian Curriculum Framework and Student Outcome Statements. Our courses are entirely online, enabling students to access course materials at their convenience and work at their own place.


Our Subjects

SOLA offers comprehensive, quality courses for students in Years 8-10.

UPPER SCHOOL: If you are interested in Year 11 & 12 courses, please refer to the "Upper School Subjects" section at the bottom of this page.

Lower School Subjects

Students in Years 8-10 study four core subjects.

  • Mathematics*
  • Science*
  • Society and Environment*

    • Lower School Electives - FREE OF CHARGE (NOT ASSESSED)

  • The Arts – Media Studies
  • Technology and Enterprise
  • Health & Physical Education


    • * Textbook required. Note: The supply of essential textbooks is not included in SOLA’s tuition fees.

    Upper School Subjects - Courses under development

    Students in Years 11 and 12 will study five subjects per year. It is anticipated that the following subjects will be offered by 2009.
